At Nova Hardware, we work hard to provide high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Returns & Exchange Policy

We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Customer must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or customized products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items on clearance/sale

  • Installed hardware products


2. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective item

  • You receive the wrong product

  • Your order is lost in transit

Refund Method

Refunds may be issued through:

  • Bank transfer

  • Store credit

  • Original payment method (depending on the gateway)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.


3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we cover the shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer pays the return shipping fee.
