1. Delivery Time

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 working days

Shipping time may vary due to courier delays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination & weight.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply during certain campaigns.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you receive:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier name

  • Tracking link (if available)

5. Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be returned if:

  • Customer does not respond to courier calls

  • Incorrect address/phone number is provided

  • Customer refuses delivery

Re-delivery will require additional shipping charges.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international delivery.
